History

The headquarter of the branch is a building situated in the picturesque scenery of Zwierzyniec, at the bottom of Slawators Hill. The building, originally a bungalow, then reconstructed in 1912 so that another floor was added, was the property of masonry master Jan Florczyk and it was located at 218 Zwierzyniec Street. In this  building, on the 1st floor from July adn until the end of August of 1912 lived the Ulianow family. To commemorate this fact, in April of 1970 there was a small exhibition "First apartment of Lenin in Kraków", then in April of 1980 the exhibition was extended to more rooms.
