The Historical Museum of the City of Kraków offers a wide selection of courses and workshops, address to children at various stages of education, starting from kindergarten to high school level. Active exchange of thought, meetings in historical interiors, working with the usage of exhibits, helps to build creativity. It also helps to wake curiosity, and makes young participants more open to discovering the beauty, culture and old tradition of Kraków.

Fun, which teaches – this is the theme of a series of meetings for children. Krzysztoforek and Dorotka will, in an exciting and affordable way, help to introduce young explorers through games, fun and workshops to the world of mystery and adventures of the magical city of Kraków. During the year younger visitors can enjoy also other interesting proposals at the Museum, such as holidays or even summer in the museum.

Lectures, educational walks, workshops, meetings with curators, city games and debates – these are the proposals of the Museomania program. In the program every fan of Kraków will find something interesting for themselves. Through a variety of issues the Museomania program becomes a repository of knowledge for everyone.

In pursuing the idea of access to culture for all who seek it, we propose classes, workshops, exhibitions and guided tours for the blind and visually impaired. Classes are interactive, conducted with audio description and touch viewing of selected exhibits.
