Due to the incoming information about the problems with a tickets booking for the permanent exhibition in the branch of the Museum of Krakow – Oskar Schindler’s Enamel Factory “Kraków under Nazi Occupation 1939 – 1945” – we would like to inform that Museum provides the tickets for online booking system several months in advance.
The exhibition has met with such a great interest that the tickets are booked very quickly, both by individuals for their personal use and by entities – which are not bound by a contract with the Museum of Krakow – but are interested in conducting activities in the form of organising exhibition tours with a guided tour offer.
Currently, the Museum carries out works related to improving the booking system and increasing the general availability of tickets. Any information regarding the change of the booking system would be immediately made available on the Museum’s website as well as on the online booking site.
We would like to inform you that tickets for the exhibition “Kraków under Nazi Occupation 1939-1945” can also be purchased at the box office of the branch (on the day of the tour, depending on the availability) and at the Museum Visitor Centre (Kraków, Rynek Główny 1 – Sukiennice, phone 12 426 50 60, e-mail: email@example.com).
We would like to inform that the Museum is not taking any liability for tickets purchased by the visitors outside the official booking system which is available at https://bilety.mhk.pl/, or for the content of any information that appears on the websites of tourist companies regarding visits to the exhibition. Museum firmly condemns the resale of admission tickets to the exhibition for a higher price and intends to limit the possibility of buying tickets by the companies involved in such proceedings.
